1. PLATFORM NATURE

SkillHive Global is a digital marketplace platform that connects Clients with independent Professionals across multiple service categories.

SkillHive Global:

  • Is not an employer
  • Is not a recruitment agency
  • Does not directly provide services
  • Is not a party to the service agreement between Client and Professional

All services booked through the platform are delivered by independent Professionals.

2. DEFINITIONS

  • Platform: SkillHive Global website and portal
  • Client: Individual or entity booking a service
  • Professional: Independent service provider registered on the platform
  • Service Contract: Agreement formed directly between Client and Professional
  • Wallet: Internal earnings system for Professionals

3. SERVICE AGREEMENT

When a booking is made:

  • A direct service agreement is formed between Client and Professional.
  • The Client agrees to pay the agreed service amount through the platform.
  • The Professional agrees to deliver the service as described.
  • SkillHive Global only facilitates communication and payment processing.

4. PAYMENTS & RELEASE

  • Payment is held securely until service completion.
  • Funds are released upon Client approval.
  • If no complaint is raised within 48 hours after completion, payment may be automatically released.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 2 days of scheduled service.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.
  • Professional withdrawals are processed on a biweekly basis.
  • SkillHive Global reserves the right to temporarily hold funds in case of dispute.

5. DISPUTES

Any dispute must be reported in writing to:

SkillHive Global will review complaints that fall within platform policy and scope.

If a matter falls outside platform responsibility, SkillHive Global shall not be held liable and parties may pursue resolution independently.

6. NO CONTACT SHARING / PLATFORM BYPASS

Clients and Professionals agree:

  • Not to share personal phone numbers, emails, or external contact details.
  • Not to move transactions outside the platform.
  • To communicate only through SkillHive Global.

Violation may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

7. SAFETY & IDENTITY VERIFICATION

For services involving physical or home visits (where applicable):

  • Clients are advised to verify the Professional’s original CNIC upon arrival.
  • Professionals must carry valid identification when required.
  • SkillHive Global performs basic verification checks but does not guarantee behavior or conduct of any user.
  • Users remain responsible for their personal safety.

8. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY

SkillHive Global is committed to protecting the data of both Clients and Professionals.

We collect and process personal data only for:

  • Account registration
  • Service matching
  • Communication facilitation
  • Payment processing
  • Platform security and fraud prevention

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Personal contact details are restricted and not publicly displayed.

Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their data by contacting: skillhiveglobal@gmail.com

While we implement reasonable security safeguards, no digital system can guarantee absolute security.

9. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users agree:

  • To provide accurate information
  • To act respectfully and professionally
  • Not to misuse the platform
  • Not to engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

SkillHive Global shall not be liable for:

  • Quality of services
  • Professional competence
  • Financial losses
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Actions of Clients or Professionals
  • Agreements made outside the platform

The platform acts solely as a technology intermediary.

11. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

SkillHive Global reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts for:

  • Policy violations
  • Bypassing the platform
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Harassment or misconduct

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan.
